Terms and conditions

1. About Us Her Fine Jewels is an online fine jewellery store based in Sydney, Australia, owned and operated by Mia Volpatti. By placing an order with Her Fine Jewels you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of placing your order
  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
  • Your order will not go into production until full payment has been received and confirmed

3. Made to Order

  • All Her Fine Jewels pieces are handmade to order
  • Please allow 4–6 weeks from the date of your order for production and dispatch
  • Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, production begins immediately. For this reason we are unable to cancel or modify orders once placed
  • Lead times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods

4. Shipping

  • Her Fine Jewels ships within Australia and internationally
  • Her Fine Jewels takes all reasonable care in packaging your order securely for transit
  • Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Her Fine Jewels is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier
  • If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work with you to find a resolution

5. Returns & Refunds

  • As all pieces are handmade to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind
  • Her Fine Jewels complies fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the ACL that cannot be excluded by law
  • If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL which may include a repair, replacement or refund
  • To lodge a warranty or fault claim please contact us at info.herfinejewels@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order

6. Warranty

  • Her Fine Jewels pieces are covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults and defects from the date of delivery
  • This warranty covers faults in craftsmanship and materials under normal wear conditions
  • This warranty does not cover:
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Damage caused by improper care, accidents, or misuse
    • Loss of stones resulting from damage or improper care
    • Tarnishing of sterling silver pieces resulting from exposure to chemicals, perfume, or water
  • To make a warranty claim please contact us at info.herfinejewels@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the fault
  • Her Fine Jewels reserves the right to assess each warranty claim individually
  • Our warranty is in addition to and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

7. Sizing & Product Descriptions

  • We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products however slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings
  • Her Fine Jewels is not responsible for incorrect sizing selected by the customer

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Her Fine Jewels website including photography, copy, and branding is owned by Her Fine Jewels and may not be reproduced without written permission

9. Privacy

  • Her Fine Jewels collects personal information for the purpose of processing your order only
  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties
